What Youâll Be DoingÂ
â Crafting Interaction Excellence: Deliver top-tier interaction design across our mobile and web platforms.Â
â Data-Driven Design Insights: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data analysis to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, guiding the design process to enhance user experience.Â
â Driving Design Projects: Engage from concept to execution, ensuring final designs are polished and ready for deployment.Â
â Leading Design Reviews: Conduct sessions to critique designs, uncovering areas for enhancement.Â
â Empathy and Insight: Deeply understand our customers by leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data.Â
â Establishing Design Systems: Collaborate with our development team to implement a comprehensive design system.Â
â Collaborating Effectively: Partner with stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver seamless user experiences.Â
RequirementsÂ
â At least 4 years in Product or UI/UX design, with preference given to fintech industry experience.Â
â Minimum of 1 year in a team leadership role.Â
â At least 1â2 years of hands-on experience with Amplitude, utilizing it to analyze user interactions and behaviors. You should be adept at setting up tracking, creating dashboards, and deriving actionable insights to inform design improvements.Â
â Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (primary Ai, Ps, Ae), with expertise in a prototyping tool of your choice.Â
â Deep understanding of Human Interface and Material Design Guidelines.Â
â Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Â
â Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Â
