As a Scrum Master at Swift Medical, you will lead our Agile development teams in delivering high-quality products. You will guide the team through the Scrum process, facilitate collaboration, and remove obstacles to ensure successful project delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our Agile practices within a Microsoft technology environment, driving innovation and excellence in product development.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Facilitate the Scrum process and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices within a Microsoft365 environment. 
  • Coach and mentor the development team on Agile methodologies, emphasizing the use of Microsoft365, Azure, and Azure Health Services to enhance productivity and collaboration. 
  • Remove impediments or blockers that hinder the team's progress to streamline workflow and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent environment where team members leverage Microsoft365 applications for communication, documentation, and project tracking. 
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog, refine user stories, and align project objectives with business goals using Azure DevOps or similar tools. 
  • Monitor and report on team progress, utilizing Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting features to track sprint velocity, burn down charts, and other Agile metrics. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement changes that optimize Agile practices. 
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement within the team, providing guidance on Agile best practices. 


What You Bring To Swift
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience in leading Agile implementation in vertical teams. 
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred. 
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with proficiency in Microsoft365 and Azure DevOps. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with practical experience implementing Scrum or other Agile frameworks. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members. 
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities, with experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for project management and collaboration. 
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a focus on building trust and fostering a positive team culture within an Agile environment. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT or related industries is a plus, particularly in leveragingAzure Health services for healthcare-specific projects.
