We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with a backend-first mindset who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments. You’ll be working with a small, sharp team of engineers building a high-performance messaging client with a focus on speed, usability, and deep WhatsApp integration.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, build, and scale backend services powering our WhatsApp client.

• Optimize for speed and efficiency—we move fast and do what it takes, even if it doesn't scale (yet).

• Work on real-time data processing, messaging APIs, and storage.

• Collaborate with frontend devs to create a seamless UX.

• Contribute to technical decisions that shape the future of Volt.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack or Backend JavaScript/TypeScript developer.

• Deep knowledge of Node.js, WebSockets, databases (SQL & NoSQL), and API design.

• Experience working with real-time messaging systems or similar architectures.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a hacker mindset—you don’t just code; you engineer.

• Comfort working in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments.

• Solid experience with performance optimization and debugging.

• Bonus: Experience with WhatsApp Web reverse engineering, low-level networking, or desktop app development.
