What we are looking for

We want an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to join our results-driven culture, wanting to deliver impact in our tech ecosystem. This job is in-person in Area 3 Coworking - Palermo.

What you must bring

• English at C1 level or superior - we are a hybrid language company

• Over 3 years of content creation and editing in social media, email marketing, web and other mass media

• Professional experience in the administration and moderation of social media

• Basic content editing skills for audio and video clipping for social media

• Outstanding writing and communication skills

• A continuous improvement mentality for your craft

Bonus

• Unique skills in content creation and management

• Capacity to do analysis and metrics-based decision-making on our different communication channels

What you will do

First week

• You will receive hardware and access to the different digital accounts necessary to work

• Direct onboarding by the founder on the business, our values, and our different resources and communication channels

• You will be evaluating our existing comms channels, elaborate a diagnosis, and start a plan on how to approach comms

First Month

• You will create and manage content for our different comms channels on Twitter, LinkedIn, slack, and email marketing

• You will manage engagement and success metrics per platform

• You will evaluate new communication channels and identify short and long-term opportunities

• You will have clear metrics for success and impact on our business

First 3 Months

• You will own most if not all communication channels

• You will continuously improve our brand communication, our community management and our direct-to-candidate communication channels

• You will represent our values, understand our philosophy, and work independently to deliver impact
