We are seeing an increase in the volume of clients, meaning we need to upscale our sourcing efforts to strengthen our pipelines and meet our hiring goals.

What we are looking for

We are looking for technical sourcers to present high-quality profiles that match our and our clients' cultures and values. Candidates must clearly understand concepts like Startup environment, Product mindset and interviewing processes. They must help recruiters establish a flowing candidate pipeline for each position.

You would learn about our portfolio, use our ATS and pre-written sequences, and exclusively focus in contacting new candidates to thicken our interviewing pipelines.

Requirements:

• 2+ YOE sourcing candidates for different engineering positions(Front, Back, DevOps)

• Experience sourcing candidates for Product and/or Startup companies

• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• English B1

Compensation

We are looking for a results-based freelancer to make between 10-15$ per candidate that interviews at Silver.dev. Candidates would be submitted for review by Senior Recruiters at Silver.dev.

We are open to part-time arrangements on a fixed salary for particularly suited candidates.

Interview Process

• Behavioral Screen with Silver.dev's Recruiting Staff + Sourcing Exercise (45 min.)

• Cultural Screen with Founder (30 min.)
