We are looking now for 2 Fullstack roles to work directly with one of our US startup clients. These roles are for Engineers with a strong Product mindset, who want to be part of the growth of a fast-paced company and thrive for high-level delivery.

About ShiftRx
ShiftRx is a platform designed to address the healthcare staffing shortage. It connects verified healthcare providers with healthcare facilities in need of coverage for PRN (as-needed) shifts and short-term contracts. The company is well-funded and growing.

About the Role
As a FullStack Engineer at ShiftRx, you will be instrumental in driving our product
forward. You will be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack web applications.
- Uphold code quality through rigorous reviews and testing.
- Collaborate with the team to ideate, design, and launch new features.
- Juggle multiple projects, adapting swiftly to the evolving needs of our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- A proven track record in full-stack development. With a preference for those who have worked in startup environments.
- Mastery of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- The ability to operate both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and the resilience to manage a high demand of tasks while maintaining exceptional quality.
- A strong sense of responsibility and an unwavering commitment to meeting
deadlines.

- Fluent English(B2 and up)
