About the company
At ShiftRx, we're pioneering solutions to the critical healthcare provider shortage. Our cutting-edge platform streamlines the process of sourcing, credentialing, scheduling, and paying temporary healthcare providers. Leveraging the power of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), we craft customized onboarding modules that seamlessly integrate healthcare providers into new clinical environments.
Our algorithms match healthcare professionals with open shifts by analyzing qualifications, experience, certifications, location preferences, and past performance ratings. This ensures optimal staffing based on facility needs and professional capabilities.
