Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (specifically Hotwire), and Tailwind. As a full-stack developer, you will be responsible for developing new features, resolving issues, and keeping our core business codebase healthy. We have 1-hour meeting weekly, our team is fully operating on productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and functionalities according to our product roadmap.

• Address and resolve bugs and issues in the codebase promptly.

• Contribute to scaling our technology to meet the demands of our growing user base.

• Ensure that code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained.

• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve our technology stack continually.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and OKRs.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript (Hotwire).

• Previous experience working in startup environments is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with MercadoPago/Stripe/others and Heroku
