About the project: 

As a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer, you will solve business problems by customizing the Salesforce Platform. You will build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver business value. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform. Most importantly, you will enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. Apart from managing the day to day of the system, you can optimize business processes, increase user adoption and participate in the definition of the product roadmap.  

You will be able to: 

  • Gather requirements and identify improvements, applying best practices with focus on user experience, 
  • Manage data to improve quality, implementing rules and automations. 
  • User and license management. 
  • Support and train users to improve adoption. 
  • Use declarative tools to build automations. 
  • Supervise technical documentation and perform demos. 
  • Be up to date with Salesforce Releases and best practices. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Handson Salesforce Administrator. 
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Sales Cloud. 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
