The Staking Interface guild focuses on creating a seamless and efficient staking experience for users, integrations, and developers alike. At the heart of our efforts is the Staking Widget, an intuitive UI for staking that allows users to interact with main protocol functions and view detailed statistics easily.
Key Projects we are working on:
Stake Widget, Wallets Integration, SDK: Continuous improvement and maintenance of the Stake Widget and wallet integrations. Development of a self-made SDK to interact with the Lido protocol without UI.
API Development: Building a robust API for accessing real-time protocol statistics and data.
Subgraph: Infrastructure for monitoring services and indexing protocol events.
Monitoring: Systems for service monitoring and rapid problem response.
And there is more to come.
Responsibilities
Technical Oversight: Establish and uphold technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices within the team.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Designers to create top-tier user experiences.
Product Focus: Take charge of developing and maintaining key product pages, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
Quality Assurance: Champion best practices, ensuring code quality, thorough documentation, proper testing, and effective incident response.
General Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in front-end/back-end (full-stack) development.
Leadership: Demonstrated capability to take ownership, and communicate effectively.
User-Centric Design: Deep understanding of UX and UI and their correlation with SEO.
Analytical Skills: Ability to think critically, with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Technical Expertise:
Languages: Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Frameworks: Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Nest.js, Fastify.
Tools & Practices: Familiarity with Docker, GitHub CI, and ESLint.
Monitoring & Performance: Knowledge of Grafana and CloudFlare.
Web3: Familiarity with blockchain principles, the Ethereum network, and related technologies such as ethers, web3.js, viem, and wagmi.
Good to have
Other Frameworks: Exposure to Angular and Vue.js.
Systems: Experience with Kubernetes (k8s).
