Tasks

We are seeking an Advisor & Mentor to join our team and collaborate closely with our Tech Lead. In this role, you'll serve as a supportive partner, assisting in the growth and development of Klink. While your primary focus will be on working with the Tech Lead, you'll also have opportunities for occasional interaction with the wider team. Our team consists of 10 individuals, 7 in the tech team, and we have a live product. The technical team is expected to grow further over the course of this year.

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer mentorship to the Tech Lead, emphasizing team building, managerial skills, organizational growth, and leadership development.
• Act as a collaborative contributor in technical decision-making processes and contribute insights to shape the company's roadmap.
• Assess technical decision-making processes and assist in partner selection for strategic initiatives.

Requirements

We are seeking an Advisor with a proven track record in successfully launching products within the crypto or fintech sectors and who understands the key elements of effective technical leadership.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in developing products within the crypto or fintech domain.
• Preferably, previous involvement with crypto-exchanges or wallet projects.
• Strong background in building and overseeing technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with a background in project management.
